The Times They Are a-Changing for Marijuana

Tom Adams, editor in chief of Arcview Market Research, recently put into context the rapidly ex-panding marketplace for legal marijuana. First, some background: Arcview reports that North American sales of cannabis totaled $6.9 bil-lion in 2016, a staggering 30 percent increase from 2015.
